All orders require a 1-3 business days of processing time prior to shipping except holidays and weekends
  • ● Please note that the shipping service and the shipping costs for all items we sell are determined by the total amount of orders.
  • - Standard shipping: Fixed shipping fee $7.5
    - Express shipping: Free shipping on orders over $150

  • ● Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at the check out page.
  • ● We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
  • ● We only ship to confirmed shipping addresses(Not billing address) which must match your physical Shipping address.
  • ● When you place an order, we suggest you have it delivered to a work address rather than a home address, as our carriers only deliver between 9am and 5pm, and may require a signature on receipt.
  • ● Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.
  • ● If you aren't available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a notice card with instructions on how to pick it up.

Order Status & Tracking

We include tracking for all orders. You can check the status of your order online and find out when it shipped. For orders shipped via Korea Post you can also track your package. If you feel your order is taking longer than normal to arrive, please check your order status online.
  • ● Once your order is processed, a tracking number will be sent to you via email or you can track your package on our website. Check your order history and information at anytime.
  • ● Once the package has passed through foreign customs, delivery will be handled by the country's postal service for the Standard Shipping, EMS and each carrier, Fedex,, DHL, UPS

Tax(Customs duty)

There is a no sales tax at any items.

You may be charged import or customs fees, depending on the laws of the particular country. Any customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance would have to be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Since customs policies vary widely from country to country, you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Of course, we do prepare the package with the best condition for the smooth customs.

RETURN POLICY

 
We don’t want you to be disappointed.
We are committed to ensuring you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt return process.
All order discrepancy claims must be made within the 10 days of delivery of goods. No claims can be made after 10 days.

If for some reason there is damage or defect to your item, please take a digital photo of the item, the package, along with your order number and contact details and send via email to HELP@GEEHEY.COM immediately for a replacement. You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a credit. 
  • ●It is not possible to return the products if the items are opened and used. In all cases, the items returned must be in their original(new) condition with the original packaging intact!, which includes tags and any packaging with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.(or will be subject to additional charges at our discretion.)
  • ● The goods are your responsibility until they reach our office. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
  • ● Your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This credit will not include any original and return shipping charges except in the case of Damaged or Defective items.
  • ● You may also check the status of your return by logging into your account and viewing your order history. We will email you a receipt confirming the credit.

Return Shipping

  • 1. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork. All products must be returned in good condition, to ensure full credit.:

  • ● All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

  • ● You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned order.
